The latest devices now feature three distinct calibrations designed specifically for paper moisture content testing. These include a calibration for kraft stock, one for baled or recycled stock, and another for paper materials without identified material calibrations. These devices offer improved service qualities compared to previous paper moisture meters.The devices feature spacious dashboard-style screens that effectively illuminate moisture level measurements even in the darkest settings. Additionally, users can customize the lighting to their liking. These displays provide precise and real-time moisture content readings in various lighting conditions, including complete darkness, bright areas, and unevenly lit industrial environments.The tools were designed to prioritize user-friendliness, with intuitive programming that eliminates the need for training before use.

The PX-30 is distinct from the PX-20, in that it includes Bluetooth® functionality for use with Delmhorst's EDGE™ application. The EDGE™ application gives users more control over their moisture-measuring activities and enables critical data streaming to corporate databases. The PX-30 also sends statistical data to users' databases and spreadsheets for analysis and future use. Long-term tracking of production data provides additional business intelligence to inform the decisions of paper and pulp commodity manufacturers.
