The advanced thermistor series offers improved accuracy and data logging for easy monitoring of temperatures any time of the day or even overnight! The data recorded are transferrable to a computer through a USB flash drive without installing software. The thermometer stores the minimum and maximum temperatures until the memory is cleared.
