Simplify pressure calibration to 600 psi with this 4 Mpa automatic pressure calibrator that provides faster and more accurate test results and features HART communication. In addition, this rugged and portable calibrator is ideal for process technicians and comes with four built-in replaceable pressure control modules.
Set a target pressure with this automatic pressure calibrator that features an internal electric pump and automatically pumps to the desired pressure. Calibration is as easy as typing in the starting and ending pressure, the number of test points, and the tolerance level, and this calibrator will do the rest. In addition, this calibrator automatically stabilizes and holds the pressure at the desired value, automatically tests multiple pressure test points, and automatically documents the results.
Features
Handheld, fully automated and easy to use
HART communication for basic HART setups and adjustments
Enables mA output trim, trimmed to applied values, and pressure zero trimming of HART pressure transmitters. You can easily change a transmitter tag, measurement units and ranges. Other supported HART commands include setting fixed mA outputs for troubleshooting, reading device configuration parameters and reading device diagnostics.
Easy calibration documentation using well-defined templates for transmitters and switches
Type in the starting and ending test pressures and number of test points, this automatic pressure calibrator does the rest by documenting the applied pressure, measured mA and % error for each test point. The bright color graphical display will flag test results that are out of tolerance in red.

Most devices need to calibrated where installed. For both in house and third-party calibration service contractors, this automatic pressure calibrator would be a valuable pressure calibration tool both on the bench and in the field. Swappable pressure modules means one unit can cover a much greater workload. For the power pressure user, less to carry.
This automatic pressure calibrator is large, can it be made smaller?
The legacy 729 is roughly half the size of this absolute pressure calibrator but it only goes up to 300 psi. The larger size of this absolute pressure calibrator facilitates a much more powerful pump enabling pressure generation up to 600 psi. The larger pump also enables this calibrator to be much faster to target pressures than the standard 729.
