The free Seek Thermal app allows you to customize your experience, record images and videos directly to your smartphone, and easily share them. Product registration required through app at first-time set up.
Smart case compatibility
Some thicker smartphone cases (especially ruggedized ones) do not provide enough clearance around the connection port. To use the imager you must either remove the case, or attach the imager using an extender/adapter.
Operating system compatibility
The iOS app requires a minimum of iOS 8.0, respectively. The app will not download if your smartphone does not satisfy the minimum requirement.

iOS devices running the required software must be equipped with a lightning connector port.
